NOvember **Recap*

 

Happy December!!!

As we wrapped up November yesterday, let's do a final recap of my November.

Yes, i'm still alive in November ๐Ÿ˜Š.. November also had some pretty memorable moments, such as when I was finally able to restart some workouts (after needing to take some break time) and, of course, doing the tick-tock dance (I'd never done the tick-tock and never have tick-tock account ya).

Here is a look at some of my final 30 days November 22 Challenge

This time, I completed 24 out of 30 for the November Challenge. Well, believe it or not, it is harder to do than you think! So clap for me!

So, I am unable to complete 6 out of 30 challenges.

1. Play a board game with your kids or friends - tak ada board game macam mana nak main >alasan

2. Do 20 push-ups without stopping (terlepas pandang). I had some situations where I was unable to do this workout, but in reality, I still cannot do a perfect full push-up, My aim is to get at least 1 perfect push-up.

3. Lose 4 kg. (I target to lose at least 2/3 kg in this challenge, but I can't.) Why is losing weight so difficult? —Terpengaruh terhadap makanan yang menarik di mata dan mulut - safia kuat makan. - discovering myself

 4. Kahoot score >75
: Unfortunately, my internet connection was not so good yesterday, but I was able to answer and quess 8/9 questions- dapat la 7064 score untuk 25 soalan๐Ÿ˜‚
_ So I answered most of the time without seeing the question (black screen), so just teka the question and answer; just not my day yesterday.

5. Learn a new skill -I registered for the class, but it isn't until next month.

6. Try a new workout—there are a lot of workouts I'd like to try but haven't been able to because of time constraints.
